  1. Evaluate websites for compliance with accessibility standards like WCAG 2.1, ADA, and Section 508.

  2. Identify high-priority accessibility issues and create a plan for remediation

  3. Develop plans for automated and user testing of the site on an ongoing basis

  4. Provide recommendations to ensure that websites are accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, and motor impairments.

  5. Report to stakeholders on updates and progress

  • Facilitate user testing with real people (especially those from diverse backgrounds) to observe how they interact with a website.

  • Provide insights and data-driven feedback on pain points and usability issues.
